IMI Tavor TAR-21

The TAR-21 is a Israeli military bullpup rifle. Designed for combat in the urban environments of Israel and Palestine. Do to the need for compact weapons that can also be accurate at a long range, the bullpup is becoming the weapon of the 21 century. Hence the meaning for TAR-21 " Tavor Assault Rifle-21 Century. Currently it is the standerd rifle for Israeli infantry.
Bullpup Rifles are configured in a layout in which the bolt carrier group is placed behind the pistol grip; this shortens the overall length but does not sacrifice barrel length. The TAR-21 provides carbine length, but rifle muzzle velocity. The bullpup design is also used to minimize the silhouette of soldiers and to maximize effectiveness in turning corners in urban warfare
The TAR-21 is also waterproof and has a built in laser. Built with the idea of having advanced ergonomics and composite materials.

Now this is one sweet gun, the Panther Arms SASS is a military grade sniper rifle. Firing either a .308 round featuring a free floating barrel. It ways in at 11.5 pound so it is on the heavy side, but it makes up for that in its performance. Currently we have one of these at the shop for $2099, and i can't keep my hands off of it. I want it! it feels great, the 4.5 lbs trigger pull is great, the action on this baby is nice and smooth, plus it is just gorgeous. out of the 60 ARs on the shelf this is by far the best looking and probably the most accurate at very long ranges. it comes with front and back Magpul flip up sights, a Harris 9-13" swivel bipod, and a Magpul PRS stock. So far a lot of people have been wanting to see it, but no buyers, basically only because of the price. but it costs the company $1500 to make the gun, so they are only making a profit of $500.  if you want the best AR for long range shots, I'm taking up too 700 yards this is your best choice.
